I was reading that the medical community was thinking of
lowering the highertension bp level to 130 or something.
and then i lost a lot of fat and size. i still had cheat
days but when i had that pizza i put some weight back on.
Breads (particiularly anything with wheat flour) will do that,
easily.
anyways, i got sick of living that way. i wanted to be
happy instead of being fit and attractive. i'm not looking
to impress anybody.
Happy n healthy is a pretty good outlook to have. But being
overweight and a bp that is running amok is a contradiction.
so here i am fat again. i'm not busting out , heavy
breathing fat either. i can walk 10 miles, easy, i can lift
50lb bags of whatever every day.
Someone said that they "can quit smoking 1000 times a day,
easy."
right now i want to fit into my old clothes and leather
jackets so i think i may be ready to lose weight again.
Fitting into a favorite set of sport jackets again and avoiding
to buy larger belts and pants was my visual incentive.
here's the secret. you have to be ready. if you arent
ready, you won't get it done. -+-
Staying off the operating table is not enough incentive to be
ready?
