    Hello, Everyone

My name is Cory Vickruck my callsign is VE3ZCV I am 27 years old and have been a ham since 2014. I have been intrested in BBS's for awhile now becuase I grew up with the internet and never acutally had to use one. I have been looking at all sorts of ham related projects and came across packet radio and telnet.
A google search of Ham radio BBS brought me here. I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello :)

    Thanks for the welcome Tony,
I am still learning the ropes never used a BBS before but I have been very intrested in seeing how to communicate without internet access. So far I have been working my way through how to do everything on a BBS --they are pretty neat.

Yeah, they are. I first got on BBSs back in 1991, and was instantly hooked. While the modern BBS is mostly Internet dependent, there's no reason we couldn't ge back to dialup, where POTS lines are available. :)

... Please no deja vu; I don't want to go through that again.

Welcome, Cory. Two great hobbies, BBSing and Ham Radio. Enjoy!
