    Where's that repeater at? I have listened in before on N8DUY (out
    here near Ann Arbor), and its about the same sometimes. lol

    Uh, no.. It has been around for a long time. Look again.. The transmitter is in Troy with recieve sites in White Lake, Pontiac, Metro Airport, Macomb and Royal Oak.
