I sometimes run into issues running echocfg when the BBS is running, I'm assuming some process on the BBS is holding the file open. Have you
tried running it with the BBS not running?

Weird. Usually that happens if I change message boards and the QWK
conference numbers change. I used MultiMail, pretty sure I just hit "R"
