    It kinds of does try but I see those 2 errors ... Is this normal behaviour?

    ^^^ that connection attempt was to 1:129/1 (not fsxNet).

    ^^^ That connection attempt was successful (to agency.bbs.nz) and files were sent successfully.

    Notice how the last (failed) connection attempt was to 21:100/1 instead of 21:1/100? I think you just mis-typed the address there.
