The file uploaded just fine using fseditor.js (just initiating a ZMODEM upload), but not when using the internal line editor (and /upload command), so I'll look into why that is and get back to you.

The problem appears to stem from your ANSI file contain lines longer than 79 characters. If you're posting from an 80 column terminal, the internal message editor restricts lines to 79 characters. Longer lines (than the maximum, depending on your terminal) contained in uploaded text files will be truncated (excessive characters removed). You can either reformat/save your ANSI file using shorter lines (e.g. <= 79 chars) or use a wider terminal when uploading the file.
I'll look into other solutions, but that should be an effective solution for now.
SBBS v3.19 did not enforce buffer limits on uploaded text files and could crash due to buffer overflows under some situations. Enforcing per-line-limits (in addition to a maximum line count limit) fixed that issue.
