I'm not sure the to "name" matters at all, but you could try "allfix" (e.g. allfix@<address> where <address> is the FTN address of the system that has the file you are requesting).

The fact that you still see "FR:" in the message subject tells me that Synchronet did not parse (and remove) that element from the subject, so it wasn't sent as a file request.
In order for that "FR:" prefix to work, the user sending the netmail message must:
1. Either be a sysop of the BBS or have the 'F' exemption
2. Must be using the netmail send feature of the terminal server (e.g. not SMTP)
