Wow, this is epic. Thank you! Looks like a lot of work.

There's really just the 2 comments I see, I stopped with the "Ditto" comments because I saw that the issues were replicated for a lot of files. It'd be nice if that logic could be shared (and thus fixed in a single place). Or hopefully its not too much trouble to fix them all, though, yeah, really minor issues.

I think that '\' in "\DOOR.SYS" would just get eaten by the JS engine. Backslashes have to be escaped ("\\") in JavaScript strings, so this probably is not actually doing anything.
