• qwk pickup

    Hi I am having a problem with synchronet for dos. It calls out to pickup the qwk packet once a day and sits for a while and times out. Can someone please help me to figure out what is going on. thanks, Harvey

    You mean Synchronet v2? How is the QWK call-out set up?

    I have the bbs id setup. I have it configured to pickup once a day all week. It has the command to call VERT and 100. I think the 100 is how many times
    it will try to call out. what am I not doing. thanks, Harvey

    You should probably change your password now.

    Now, if you look at exec/qnet.src, it logs a bunch of stuff to the screen indicating the status of the script.

    So what's it printing on the screen?

    Something like "BAJAQNET: Waiting for NN: prompt" ?
