Right now, I'm configured to use @roughneckbbs.com as the email domain,
if I also want to accept @theroughnecks.net and @roughneck.bbs.io mail
to the local users, what do I need to configure?

Would something like the following in alias.cfg be correct?

    *@theroughnecks.net *
    *@roughneck.bbs.io *

No, just add theroughnecks.net and roughneck.bbs.io to your ctrl/domains.cfg file.
