Does Synchronet BBS still work with Wine?

Why would you want to run Synchronet in Wine when you can build a native version for *nix?

Well, he wouldn't, as he doesn't run either Windows or *nix. He
    operates on an iPad...

I'm sure it was just another of his witty "conversation starter" posts.

    I like the Windows version.

What is it you like about the Windows version?
I do like the sbbs control panel in Windows, but there is the GtkMonitor GUI tool for the Linux version of Synchronet. Other than that, I don't think there's much difference between the Windows vs. Linux version of Synchronet.
