    The scene has Mike Judge (writer/director of the movie) as the manager of the restaurant telling Jennifer Aniston (Friends) that she needed more
    flair...just like the idiot who has 37 pieces of "flair". Flair here is the amount of pins/badges/signs you can wear on your uniform. The only thing is
    the manager would never tell her exactly how pieces of flair she
    needed...just that she needed more & more. Eventually...she quits as she
    gives the 1 finger salute during lunch & walks out.

    Want to see how "exceptional" America has become from 40-50 years ago...watch this. 1st time I saw it 20 years ago...pissed me off royally...since I was in that situation in an office setting.
