He was real short, like 5' 2". Nice guy though, came across as someone who hung out on IRC a lot back in the day.
I remember encountering him in IRC and didn't believe it was him back in the day. He asked me to e-mail him my address and I said WTF why not (it was a post office box) I got an autographed CD in the mail. Information society was pretty cool.
What really blew me away was last year my old high school hosted Foreigner and their Choir performed with them on I want to know what love is. My little cousin who's like a son to me peformed and I got to meet them. I even got to play some of the keyboard with them it was like something out of a dream. The kids thought I was kinda wierd (hell I am, especially after the head injury) but it took me back.
Back in the day I could have went on tour with Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith if I dropped out of college. Good thing I stayed as they both fell from grace.
Memories... LOL memories.
