A-MAZING! The writing that all led up to Melody Pond being... no spoiler here! Just go watch it! Very nice season, even if a few of the episodes were weaker, it all led up to this...
Yeah, I was watching as it aired on BBC One... each season, I keep thinking there's no WAY they'll keep things as interesting as the last season... heck, having been airing since the 60s, I'm amazed they can keep Who as fresh as it is. But they're definitely taking the show in new directions... ;)
Ya know, what I would *really* like to see is the writers somehow bring his granddaughter back. And maybe some more flashbacks of his childhood and whatnot. After about fifty years of Doctor Who, the man is STILL mostly an unknown... and he's almost out of regenerations to explore this plotpoint! lol
