    Yes, I can count, measure and weigh things without issue. I can also do basic math. I tend to eat about one or two meals a day most days. Yesterday, for example, I had double cheeseburger at red-robin, no bun, with side salad, no crutons and ranch. I had diet coke to drink. That's all I ate the entire day.

    The day before, I had 3 eggs, 2 pieces of breakfast sausage and a waffle with syrup. I also had a 5.6oz burger patty later in the day.

    oh yeah, me too. but you can stay fat if you even just eat once a day.
    and i'm healthy fat.

    you have to figure out a way to exercise that is good for you.
    there's got to be something you can do.

    and stop tricking yourself, rationalizing and other shit fat people do.

    I dont have diabetes or any bad readings, or any other problem.
    i'm just fat.

    i can also walk 7-10 miles a day. i would prefer not to, though. expecially since it was hot this summer.

    there were some weeks in august i was getting 33 miles in.
    right now i'm doing 2-3 miles a day but i'm in a lot of meetings recently at work because a guy is leaving and i'm taking his position.
