I have had some offers over the years for BBSing.com etc...

Learned and I didn't know over seas and here in the usa they manufacture
tire rims for cars they call them BBS.

Here is a link, 'yeah I always tell them to pack sand, and go away

'I guess the term BBS has been around a long time in the car tire rim business pretty to close to as long as bbses existed.

Yeah, BBS is a company that makes wheels/rims.. They're popular for some cars.

I've seen BBS wheels on certain cars from the 80s and newer.

BBS is the company name. It's apparently a German company, and BBS stands for the first letter of the founders' names, as well as their town's name: Baumgartner, Brand, Schiltach.

I think a lot of those are probably scams so they can get your domain for free. ---

A friend of mine has a son that got offered 40k for a domain he registered that was some kind of bitcoin related name. Thought it was a scam, but it was all legit and and he flipped 40 bucks into 40k, not too bad.

that's pretty rare nowadays. especially with all the domain suffixes you can get.

i still own some domains from the 90s.

I know someone who had a personal domain that a company wanted - it was
their trademarked name. Thankfully, they were civilized and paid them
for the name, for what presumably cost less than taking my friend to
    court.
