    Hello Andeddu!

5+ seasons can seem a lot, but you can try to pace yourself with one
episode a night. LOL. But I don't think you would have that much
    discipline or will power. ;)

Hehe, you're right, I recently got through The Mandalorian but that
took me around a month and it's only 8 episodes long.

Nothing wrong with that. Infact, that sounds like a healthy pace. I
motored through Breaking Bad at about 2 or 3 episodes almost every night.
The story-line intriged me. I needed to know how the consequences in the story would play out. BB was the first series that compelled me to do
that! The story was simply addictive. It was my first binge watch. I
was usually a wreck for lack of sleep the next day. I have not binged
    since then.

I am quite selective with what I watch as I can only really manage a 3-4 episodes per week. I'd be up for watching BB though. Barring one season, I've heard only good things about it.

Everyone here should also add Travelers on Netflix to their binge sessions. Top tier show, relatively unknown.
