    I seem to be receiving a bunch of Mystic support messages in the dovenet
    chat echo. I thought it might be an issue on this end but I also noticed
    that the MSGID string in each one contains 'dove-gen@vert.synchro.net'
    which makes me think they came in my Dovenet QWK packet from VERT.

    example:

    @MSGID: <6624A1D9.130121.dove-gen@vert.synchro.net>

    Is anyone else seeing this?

    If you look at the BBSID of said messages, you can see that the messages seemed to have been regurgitated from Retroverse BBS - which probalby went to VERT before getting to you. But yes, I noticed it also - and it's definitely not an issue on your end. ;)

    No worries. I think it's how you have it configured. Fairly certain there is an option where you pick up your QWK packets to enable sending kludges. But then again, you may not want to look at that in every single message, either. :)

    Hi All

    Deepest, deepest apologies for the crossposting. Absolutely no idea what has happened, however only got told about it in the last 24 hours. I've been in the process of reconfiguring the mystic, which may have had something happening as I was working through things.

    I've gone through the configs and everything appears to be OK.

    Please reach out if it continues / happens again.

    Again, terribly sorry for fat fingers causing issues!

    I did send a netmail to sysop@RETRO, but it seems you changed your QWKnet ID, so you have 2 QWKnet accounts on VERT now (and both x-posted dupes to DOVE-Net) - why?

    And sysops were complaining about it both in this sub and in DOVE-Net General. Not sure what other notification you could have received.

    Please delete the RETRO account. When I was reconfiguring mystic, I could find no details of the original dove account I had, so created a new one. Ended up finding the original details after alot of digging, so reverted back to the original account.

    Combination of things caused the issue - I believe it was due to having events configured and active in mystic before I had completed testing of the first message board I created in mystic for dove as well as some FSX info in the original dove message board (or visa-versa). Everything appeared to be OK from testing, but obviously wasn't now...

    I missed a number of discussions as I was also configuring a bunch of other FTN at the same time.

    Believe it is all sorted now. Lesson learned and apologise again..
