    Hi all!
    Hopefully a quick question. I'm up and running again on a 3.19 board on Debian 11. Working great! I'm trying to get the MRC external up and running. Set it up to a T according to the procedure but it's not working.
    Things I've tried so far:
    -Verified access from my VPC to the MRC server on Bottomless Abyss on port 5000
    -Verified all configuration files are in the proper places and set up as per the included readme
    -Perms seem good all over
    -External app on the Synchronet side is good, and the client fires up. Running netstat, I never see a connection listening on either the local port or heading out to the remote port.
    -The MRC interface comes up, but it's blank, like it isn't getting handed off to the connector.

    Has anyone used this recently? Should I blow away the included /sbbs/xtrn/mrc directory and start from scratch from the repo? Any other tips?

    And... got it working. I shall hang my head in shame. I mis-read the readme and was configuring in sbbs.ini instead of services.ini. Figured it was something stupid.
