    Does anyone know how I can register IREX (Internet Rex v.1.46)?
    All links I have found are dead.

    1.46? 2.31 is the latest. Charles is not around the scene any longer. I did get in touch with him about 10 years ago and registered mine. But I tried a few months ago to the 3 email addresses I had, and got no reply.

    Yes, you can here: https://bmtmicro.com/. It's no longer listed but if you ask support they will give you the current versions and info on pricing. Note, its no longer really supported but you can try Charles Cruden <charles@cruden.ca>.
