Disregard the last message. After I downloaded and registered
FTP Explorer, I was able to connect to vert.synchro.net and get
new sbbs_dev.zip and sbbs_run.zip packages. For whatever reason,
my web browsers won't let me go to FTP sites.

That explains why none of the browsers will let me do that anymore.

As I noted in another message, I found FileZilla instead, because when
I tried to use FTP Explorer...Windows Explorer, File Explorer, and
Explorer Plus Plus, all crashed. But, I can use FileZilla, and go to ftp://vert.synchro.net to get the sbbs_dev and sbbs_run files.

Wild, totally forgot Windows Explorer supported ftp:// urls ... seems
to work fine in the latest GA Windows 10.
