    I don't have Linux here and have no clue about the software yet. Was hoping somebody could do me a favor.

    Your node will have Linux, but if it is a nano-node, then I can't guarantee anything is there.

    However, you can go to http://cqinet.sf.net and download the Windows version of the tbdcnv utility there, and do the conversion on your Windows box. From memory, the WAV file needs to be 16 bit, 8kbps sample rate. You could use a sound editor like Audacity to do the conversion on Windows.

    Don't worry about the Nano-Node. That will just confuse the issue. :)
    I basically need somebody that is familiar with Linux and the tbdcnv command to convert a WAV file to a tbd file for me. Should be pretty easy for people that are familiar.

    Thank you for all that attempted to help. I was able to get someone to take my MP3 file and convert it to WAV and then to a TBD file. I then took the file and emailed it to Mark @ Micro-Node and he uploaded it to my Nano-Node. So I now have a custom connection greeting upon an Echolink connection.

    Glad to hear you got it sorted. :) So which approach did you use in thye end?
