Rules
-----
The list has few rules, and they are there to make the list better for all.
1. Respect. No flames or personal attacks. Please keep it civil.
2. Please turn off HTML and don't send attachments to the list.
HTML wastes bandwidth and clutters the system as some access means
don't support HTML. It is anticipated that a means to strip HTML
and attachments will eventually be implemented. File attachments
also waste bandwidth and storage. Please use one of the many free
online services to transfer files, and just send a link to the list.
3. While general chat and banter is permitted, please remember that
the primary subject of the list is Reflector 9550, which is why
we're here. :)
4. Comments and feedback about the reflector and the list are welcome
and encouraged. Comments may be made in public, if appropriate,
or in private to
vk3jed@vkradio.com.
5. While I like to take a hands off approach to list management,
if there's any need for directions, the list manager's decision
is final. If you have any questions about a decision made,
please do it in private to
vk3jed@vkradio.com.
6. Enjoy your time here. :)
Alternative Access.
-------------------
While it is anticipated that most people will use the mailing list
facilities, there are alternatives for those who want to use them.
These alternatives will take a little setup, namely creating an account. Alternative means available include web, NNTP (newsgroup) and text based terminal access. All of these alternatives will allow you to see the
mailing list content and post replies. If you want to use any of these
means, please email me at
vk3jed@vkradio.com for more information and assistance with setup.
